  Peter H. Vogtländer - Chairman Supervisory Board

During his career, Peter Vogtländer had served on the Boards of a number of Shell operating companies and joint ventures (such as Rheinische Olefinwerke in Germany, Industrias Quimicas Associados in Spain, Bayer Shell Isocyanates and Distrigaz in Belgium, NOCIL in India and WAVIN in the Netherlands). With more than 30 years of Chemical experience at Shell, Peter became President and CEO of Montell (a merger of Shell's polyolefins business with that of Montedison) and also a member of the Board of the Institute for Packaging and the Environment in the Netherlands. He was the chairman of the Senior Advisory Group on Health, Safety and Environment of CEFIC and also the Chairman of the International Chapter of the SCI. Previously, Vogtländer was Chemicals Co-ordinator for the Royal Dutch Shell Group, Head of the Chemicals Regional Organisation in Shell International Chemical Company, Executive Managing Director of Shell Nederland and President of the Shell Companies in Belgium and Luxembourg. Peter Vogtländer received the International Medal of the Society of the Chemical Industry.

  Gabe de Scheemaker

Gabe de Scheemaker has a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, and an MBA from New York University. Gabe joined Shell in 1990 as a business analyst in Chemicals, where he was involved in the sale of the Crop Protection business. For Oil Products he was finance manager in Gibraltar and in The Hague he became EP's senior financial analyst. During this period he started working on the creation of Shell Capital, which he later joined in London as Vice President. In Hydrogen he is responsible for finance, external affairs and the hydrogen storage project.

  Erik Ayelts Averink

Erik Aeyelts Averink is Partner and Investment Director at Gilde IT Fund. He obtained a Master's degree in economics with specialization in finance, at Erasmus University in Rotterdam. After completing an assignment in business development for the Singaporean conglomerate Sembawang, he joined Gilde's Information and Communications Technology team in 1993. Erik Aeyelts Averink is 33 years old. Within Gilde IT Fund Erik has been involved in more than 10 investments over the past three years, including Amyyon, Augeo, Creo, Matrix One, RTS and Maconomy.
