You may register as a Buyer, Seller or both. To complete your registration you will be asked to accept our Participation Agreement, in which we have clarified the rights and obligations between your company and ChemUnity. We also refer you to our section about our fees. The existing Terms & Conditions between buyers and sellers remain valid and do not change when using the Sourcing Portal since it fulfills the role of a communication tool: compare it with a telecom company that has no influence on a negotiation that you may handle by phone. It is therefore recommendable to clarify this issue with your current and future business partners before confirming purchase orders. By using the Sourcing Portal, Buyers accept the fee structure as agreed upon, including the trial period. Subscribing Buyers are free to invite as many Suppliers to participate as they deem fit. Invited Suppliers are welcome to register and use this site free of charge, enabling them to respond to their customers' request-for-quotes (RFQs) in a secure, password-protected, web-browser environment. Should there be a requirement to translate RFQs and/or Purchase Orders to the Supplier's own back-end system, ChemUnity can offer a number of options.
